Job Description Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, the Polisher is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and properly storing all front-of-house glassware and utensils while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the dish area and dishwashing equipment.

The day to day: Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.

Wash and clean all glassware, flatware, and front-of-house utensils.

Polish glassware and flatware to ensure they are clean and presentation-ready.

Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts, dish racks, and surrounding work areas.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the dish area throughout the shift.

Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking supplies and products as required.

Safely handle, use, and store cleaning products in accordance with established procedures.

Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and garbage removal.

Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.

Support the Front of House team with additional cleaning and maintenance duties as required.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Previous experience in a dishwasher, polishing, or similar hospitality role is considered an asset.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Ability to follow direction, work effectively as part of a team,



and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

Ability to remain standing and active for the duration of the shift.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

This is a full time position Legally authorized to work in Canada Additional Information This is a current vacancy.
