Westridge Construction is looking to add an experienced full time Superintendent to our Saskatoon team. We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily site operations on one or multiple projects
- Lead projects based on experience and complexity
- Ensure safety standards in collaboration with safety personnel
- Coordinate site setup, scheduling, and weekly planning
- Work with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution
- Supervise crews and manage subcontractors
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and QA/QC processes
- Monitor productivity, materials, and site performance
- Support team development and promote company values
- Travel as required
What You Bring
- 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role
- Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
- Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused mindset
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
