You’ll support P&L; functions and cash flow management, ensuring compliance with internal controls and implementing timely forecasts to meet annual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate financial reporting for the Hydronics business
- Function as a finance partner, driving cash flow improvements
- Manage financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Direct month-end close and annual planning activities
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ in FP&A;
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of US/Canadian GAAP preferred
- Robust communication and analytical skills
