In this critical position, you will support the Operations/Installation Manager, leading a team of 5 to 10 Installation Technicians. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, managing installation processes, and ensuring quality control throughout projects.

Your expertise in audiovisual installations will be a significant asset in providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-installation site surveys and quality checks
- Manage and coordinate installation tasks and subcontract services




- Guide technicians through their learning and development plans
- Monitor project objectives and align team efforts
- Demonstrate installation techniques for audiovisual projects

Requirements:

- Experience in managing installation operations
- Knowledge of AV or electromechanical systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with positive record
