OverviewThe Lead Investor Services Manager oversees the Investor Services (IS) department, driving strategy, operations, and client relationship management to meet and exceed service delivery goals.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop strong client relationships, representing IS and State Street to clients.Ensure day‑to‑day IS service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations.Liaise with clients on development initiatives and act as point of contact for escalated queries.Resolve complex operational and customer complaints referred by managers.Maintain a robust control environment, driving the development and implementation of internal control procedures, external compliance, and regulatory requirements.Provide regular liaison with senior management, supplying departmental feedback on teams, processes, and client information.Attend relevant State Street meetings and cascade key messages to teams.Contribute to operational, client, risk audit, and regulatory meetings as required.Participate in departmental projects to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.Conduct regular manager and one‑to‑one meetings, offering developmental opportunities for direct reports.Participate in the performance appraisal process, monitoring timeliness of completion across the team.Represent the team in group State Street programmes and support recruitment and selection of resources.Ensure compliance with global programmes such as Global Inclusion.Monitor and manage staffing issues, coordinating with HR and Senior Management.Stay current with revised policies, procedures, and new service offerings,
