Hydrovac operators perform activities including hydro-excavating, power washing, filling out daily Job Hazard Assessment forms, maintaining a safe working environment, maintaining equipment, working in a team environment, and other tasks as required. Clear and professional communication is key to safety and is required on all of our job sites.
Wage: $22-32 per hour, depending on experience.
10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), with occasional extensions to Fridays.
LOA and housing provided for candidates living more than 100km from site.
Overtime pay available.
General Requirements and Expectations Class 1 or 3 License with air required ? We are willing to train applicants with these licenses.
All applicants must provide and pass a pre-employment criminal record check.
Perform physically demanding work ? applicants should be able to lift 50lbs, work on their feet for long periods of time.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance.
Employees are required to maintain a safe work environment and wear proper PPE at all times while on the job.
Applicants must possess robust communication skills and a willingness to work.
