Dispatchers work to prioritize emergency calls received to ensure Patrollers and Security can respond quickly and have accurate information required to respond to first aid or other emergency situations.* Communicate to first responder team via telephone, radio and email* Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming first aid and emergency calls* Dispatch calls to Patrollers, Security and outside emergency responders (EMS)* Data entry of incident reports into Microsoft Access* Maintain Patrol and Security logs and related documentation* Conducting and actively take part in the Emergency Services incident follow-up program**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?*** Strong customer service skills* Able to triage emergency calls based on severity potential and need* Resort knowledge an asset* Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access and electronic mail / internet)* Must be organized, energetic, and dependable* Able to multi-task in busy setting* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Transparent and pleasant telephone manner*\*This role is being posted to fill a vacant position*
