As Store Manager at LORDON, you are responsible for driving the overall performance of the store through strong leadership, commercial thinking, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and develop the store team, deliver sales and KPI targets, maintain strong operational and visual standards, and actively identify opportunities to grow traffic, clientele, and LORDON’s presence within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

- Drive the store to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Monitor sales, average transaction value, units per transaction, and individual performance.
- Ensure team members understand store KPIs, individual goals, and how their performance contributes to overall results.
- Use sales results and customer insights to identify opportunities and create clear action plans to improve performance.
- Manage store expenses, cash handling, deposits, and other financial procedures in line with company standards.

Traffic Generation & Community Engagement

- Take an active role in growing store traffic and developing new clientele beyond customers who naturally walk through the door.
- Identify and build local partnerships, collaborations, community relationships, and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Develop and execute in-store events, activations, and initiatives that drive awareness, traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Build relationships within the local market and identify opportunities to introduce LORDON to new customers.
- Support strategies that turn first-time visitors into loyal, repeat clients.

Team Leadership & Development

- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing store team.




- Train and consistently reinforce the LORDON Selling Method.
- Provide regular, real-time coaching and feedback to strengthen selling skills and customer engagement.
- Set explicit individual and team expectations and hold employees accountable for performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify development opportunities, and support employee growth.
- Create a positive, professional, collaborative, and results-oriented store culture.
- Lead by example with a strong, visible presence on the sales floor.

Customer Experience & Clienteling

- Ensure every customer receives a warm, personalized, and consistent LORDON experience.
- Coach the team on building genuine customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and making thoughtful product and styling recommendations.
- Champion clienteling and proactive customer outreach to support repeat visits, new arrivals, events, and selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and with a strong focus on customer retention.

Operations & Merchandising

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, payroll, opening and closing procedures, and store standards.
- Ensure staffing levels align with business needs, traffic patterns, and payroll expectations.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and promotional standards in line with the LORDON brand.
- Oversee receiving, pricing,



replenishment, markdowns, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge across new arrivals, brands, fit, features, and styling opportunities.
- Identify product opportunities, missed sales, and customer requests and communicate relevant insights to senior management.
- Maintain strong loss prevention, security, health, and safety practices.

Reporting & Communication

- Provide regular updates on sales performance, KPIs, staffing, inventory, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
- Communicate company priorities clearly and translate them into actionable daily and weekly goals for the store team.
- Share relevant local market insights, competitive activity, community opportunities, and potential barriers to growth.
- Proactively bring forward ideas, solutions, and opportunities to improve store performance.

Leadership Expectations The Store Manager is expected to operate with an ownership mindset and take responsibility for the performance, culture, presentation, and reputation of the store. Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading people, analyzing the business, selling on the floor, and looking beyond the four walls of the store for new ways to grow LORDON within the community.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
