Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our energetic construction team. 3-5 years experience with EFS and metal lath stucco systems. In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco finishes to building exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and durable results. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, creating visually appealing and structurally sound surfaces.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed to ensure proper adhesion of stucco materials.
- Mix and apply stucco, plaster, or other finishing materials according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute design details and specifications.
- Install lath (wire mesh or metal framing) securely on walls or ceilings before applying stucco.
- Perform construction painting, drywall installation, caulking, and other related finishing tasks to complement stucco work.
- Use hand tools and power equipment efficiently to achieve smooth, textured, or decorative finishes.




- Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in stucco application, construction painting, drywall installation, or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall repair, caulking techniques, and general handyman tasks.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Construction experience with a focus on exterior or interior finishing projects preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working at heights when necessary.
