Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco and Parging Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco and parging materials to building exteriors, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances the durability and aesthetic appeal of structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your craftsmanship, and contribute to the creation of visually striking and long-lasting facades.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers to ensure optimal adhesion of stucco and parging materials
- Mix and apply stucco or parging compounds according to project specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools and power equipment to apply finishes smoothly and evenly on walls, ceilings, or other surfaces
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications
- Perform related carpentry tasks such as framing or drywall installation as needed to support finishing work
- Conduct caulking around joints, windows, doors,



and other openings to ensure weatherproofing and airtight seals
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience with a focus on stucco application or exterior finishing projects
- Knowledge of construction painting, drywall installation, caulking techniques, and blueprint reading
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in framing or related handyman tasks is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and working at heights over extended periods
- Reliable team player with positive communication skills and a proactive attitude
