About the Role: We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join our client''s in-house legal team.

This role will involve managing a variety of real estate transactions and legal matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and supporting the legal team on property-related initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects and compliance with regulatory requirements.
