You will oversee a team of 5 HR Business Partners and consult with Operations Leadership, Legal, and Communications. Your expertise will drive performance and mitigate risks in our diverse retirement residences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support to department leaders and employees
• Lead collective bargaining and serve as chief spokesperson
• Oversee workplace investigations and HR compliance




• Mentor HR Business Partners for higher execution standards
• Develop tools to improve labour relations practices

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in a unionized setting
• Proven expertise in collective bargaining and grievance management
• Robust knowledge of labour and employment legislation
• Exceptional coaching and stakeholder management skills
