Lead the daily operations of commercial properties with Madison Homes Holdings as a Building Operations Supervisor. Directly oversee building operators while ensuring efficient operations and maintenance.

In this critical supervisory role, you will coordinate vendor support and guide building operators in their daily tasks. Your expertise in technical troubleshooting, including HVAC and BAS systems, will be key in ensuring operational excellence. You will also provide coaching and training in best practices to optimize performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operations across multiple properties
• Supervise staff and contractors for effective task completion
• Review and manage work order volumes and responses




• Troubleshoot building mechanical systems as necessary
• Communicate promptly with tenants for resolutions

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
• Experience in minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
• Proficient in MRI Angus, Yardi Voyageur, and Microsoft Office
• Robust communication and detail-oriented skills
