As a Payroll Analyst reporting to the Manager, you will be involved in managing SAP time and scheduling inquiries, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance for Canadian payroll operations. Your advanced Excel skills and attention to detail will help improve payroll services while supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage SAP time and scheduling queries
• Assist with payroll analytical tasks and audits
• Report on employee leave balances
• Collaborate in payroll process enhancements
• Provide backup for payroll team members when necessary

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll systems
• PCP Certification or NPI payroll course completion preferred
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to adapt under pressure
