We are looking to add a agile, bilingual individual to our team.ResponsibilitiesProvide Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst doctorate level (BCBA-D)Conduct assessments and collect data on behaviour and skill acquisitionUse positive reinforcement techniques to teach and promote appropriate behavioursAssist with the development of social, communication, and daily living skillsCollaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approachMaintain accurate and detailed records of the learner’s progress and treatment sessionsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related fieldCertification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
