Job Summary

The Production Support Coordinator supports Operations through the coordination of production documentation, quality systems, training programs, inventory activities, and operational projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with GMP requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production organization.

Responsibilities

- Complete and support batch documentation review activities.
- Create, update, and maintain production SOPs and batch records.
- Coordinate quality process documentation and tracking activities.
- Support production projects through scheduling, facilitation, and administrative coordination.
- Collect and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.




- Prepare training packages, training documentation, and support operational training programs.
- Assist with purchasing consumables, inventory management, and ERP system transactions.
- Organize meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
- Support GMP compliance, quality initiatives, and safety programs.
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as required.

Qualifications

- Education: Degree or diploma in a related field.
- Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated manufacturing setting is considered an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

- Starting at approximately $65,000 CAD, with opportunity for an increase based on qualifications and experience.
