and fun each dayWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Give a warm "hello!" to our customers as they enter the department – we like building connections with our new and regular customers and sharing a laugh along the way.Assist customers with questions they may have about products we and give suggestions based on their needs (don’t worry, we will train you on this!)Work with your team to stock displays throughout the day so it is easily accessible for customers when they need it.Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.Learn about new products and featured products that are on sale through Nature’s Fare’s flyers and magazines.In other words, you will help others, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be safe, be a great team player and have fun!WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience in produce, grocery, gardening and/or retail environment is preferred but not neededExperience in a customer service role is neededA passion for local, organic and sustainable food and natural supplementsExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong work ethic and desire to contribute to people’s health and wellbeingAbility to work in an energetic, fast-paced environmentLike to have fun!***The successful candidates will be available to work AM/PM, weekdays and weekends, 32 – 40 hours per week.***Put your passion into work that matters with a growing, BC‑based company committed to be a better company for our customers, our employees, and the planet.
