Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept through to production, ensuring optimal functionality and manufacturability.
- Perform advanced engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations, to validate designs and predict performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product management, electrical engineering, manufacturing) through virtual communication channels.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for recent and existing products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff remotely.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Expertise in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and CAE/FEA tools.
