You will be responsible for transporting prefabricated exterior wall panels and construction materials from our Halifax workshop to active job sites across the region. At F3 Group, you’ll be part of a team working safely to supply Nova Scotians with exceptional apartment buildings for them to call home!COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompetitive wage: $30.00-40.00/hour2 weeks of vacation time upon hireDrive a brand-new 2026 Ford F-450 King Ranch (fully loaded: AC, heated/ventilated massage seats, leather interior, trailer assist/guidance tools, etc.)Consistent bi-weekly pay schedulePrimarily daytime, weekday driving (no long-haul/overnight travel)Stable, year-round work in the construction industrySCHEDULEFull-Time (40 hours/week)Monday - Friday, possibly SaturdayStart time: 6:00 am - 8:00 amEnd time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pmDUTIESOperate a company supplied vehicle (description above) to transport exterior wall panels and construction materials to job sitesHaul and position gooseneck trailers (approx. 35–40 ft) safely and efficientlyLoad, secure, and inspect cargo in compliance with safety and transportation regulationsConduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report any defects or maintenance needsCoordinate deliveries with in office supervisors and communicate arrival timing and site requirementsMaintain communication with dispatch/shop regarding scheduling, delays,



and delivery updatesPlan and adjust routes based on traffic, weather, and site conditions as requiredMaintain accurate logs and comply with Hours of Service and applicable transportation regulationsPerform basic truck upkeep, including cleaning (wash/vacuum weekly) and minor maintenance tasks as neededAssist with loading/unloading and support general construction duties when requiredFollow all company safety policies and represent the company professionally on job sitesREQUIREMENTSValid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract7+ years of Class 1 driving experience, preferably with flatbed trailers, oversized, or construction-related loadsExperience securing and transporting complex or irregular loads considered an assetStrong knowledge of cargo securement standards and road safety regulationsComfortable operating and maneuvering loads in active construction site environmentsAbility to perform physical tasks such as load securement, tarping, and assisting with loading/unloading when requiredReliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionMust provide and use required PPE (steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, hard hat, gloves, etc.)COMPANYF3 Group is a Canadian-owned and operated framing and drywall contractor, and facade panel manufacturer and installer, established in 2022, headquartered in Halifax, NS.
