You will perform a variety of routine and specialized procedures in the processing of specimens used in diagnosis, treatment, and research. program.Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).Preferred QualificationsRecent experience (within the last 1-3 years) in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine in a medium‑sized testing facility, with comprehensive TM testing including type & screen, antibody investigations, autoantibody investigations, red cell typing, pre‑ and post‑natal testing, and appropriate selection & dispensing of blood products.Complex hematology processing experience, including assistance with bone marrow collection, sample processing & differential, CSF/body fluid, semen analysis & malaria investigation.Security ScreeningA satisfactory criminal record check and/or Vulnerable Sector Search is required prior to your first day of work.
