This role is ideal for someone who loves craft beer, thrives on building partnerships, and knows how to turn conversations into listings, displays, flyer features, and long‑term retail success.You’ll be responsible for growing both our award‑winning craft beer portfolio and our rapidly expanding dealcoholized lineup by developing strong relationships with independent liquor stores and small‑to‑medium chain retailers.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain relationships with independent liquor stores and regional retail chains.Secure new listings for Tool Shed Brewing products.Increase distribution and shelf presence across existing accounts.Negotiate and execute flyer features, in‑store displays, and promotional programming.Identify opportunities to grow sales of both alcoholic and dealcoholized beer offerings.Conduct regular account visits to ensure excellent execution and retailer support.Present new products, seasonal releases, and promotional opportunities to customers.Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to maximize retail opportunities.Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.Participate in tastings, events, festivals, and retailer engagement activities as required.What We’re Looking ForPrevious sales experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, retail sales,



or related industries.Existing relationships within Calgary and Alberta liquor retail.Experience with retail flyer programming and promotional planning.Strong understanding of the Alberta liquor retail landscape.Proven ability to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions.Comfortable working independently while managing a territory and schedule.Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Passion for craft beer and the evolving non‑alcoholic beverage space.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.Bonus Points If You HaveExisting relationships On‑premise in Calgary and Alberta.Knowledge of the craft beer category and current market trends.Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.What Success Looks LikeGrowing distribution across independent and regional retail accounts.Increasing retail programming participation and flyer activity.Expanding visibility and sales of Tool Shed’s core and dealcoholized brands.Becoming a trusted partner to retailers and a strong ambassador for the Tool Shed brand.Why Tool Shed?We’re an independent Alberta craft brewery built on great beer, robust relationships, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
