Territory ManagerSales team in Sudbury.SummaryTerritory Managers oversee multiple customers in a certain geographical area. They often work with different departments within the company to help increase sales of new and used construction equipment. Assist with customer relations and help address customer needs.Expected Salary$40,000.00 base pay, plus commission.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSell Nors products to increase sales for business.Identify and cultivate existing and new relationships with potential customers through site visits and cold calls.Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts on a timely basis within their respective territory.Gather trade appraisal information to ensure proper evaluation of customer trade‐ins based on market conditions and resale value.Prepare initial costing sheets before current deals to ensure proper/accurate pricing based on customer needs, inventory levels, equipment availability, and comparison to competitor pricing.Facilitate the accurate, smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer.Assist with RFQs/RFPs to ensure customer needs are met with respect to required equipment and service/parts needs.Update client information in CRM to ensure smooth communication among the customer and all departments within the company.Follow up on shipments and clients to make sure equipment is received in a timely manner.Develop relationships with clients for future sales and services.Core CompetenciesObservation and analysisActive on social networksStress management / negotiationNetwork developmentOrganizationTime managementStrong leadership skills coupled with comprehensive experience in all facets of IS and IT hardware and software systemsAbility to plan and implement advanced technology and business solutions while maintaining "bottom‐line" focusThe sale of Volvo's product qualityEducation / TrainingPost‐secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales.Particular ConditionsOvertime / day and night shiftOn the road driving 2 to 3 times a weekAbility to put in long hoursHealth and SafetyIt is our expectation that all Nors employees will conduct their work in a safe manner, abide by all Nors safety policies and report all hazardous conditions and unsafe work procedures.
