Your new role Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio ofmercial properties.

Monitor and maintain building systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC, mechanical, and life safety systems.

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general building repairs.

Coordinate with contractors, trades, and vendors to ensure work ispleted safely and efficiently.

Respond to tenant requests and support a high level of customer service across the portfolio.

Assist with capital projects and ongoing property improvement initiatives.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.

Travel between multiple properties within the Winnipeg portfolio.





What you''ll need to succeed Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Certification is required.

Experience operatingmercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use buildings.

Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and general building operations.

Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Understanding of preventative maintenance programs and life safety systems.

Valid driver''s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Strongmunication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
