Participate in design sessions and code review to drive high-quality and maintainable software.

Support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability.

Collaborate closely with team members to deliver business-critical functionality.

Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity and software quality.

Requirements: Strong expertise in Java development with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Proven experience in developing distributed, performance-critical, and highly available systems.

Familiarity with multithreaded programming paradigms.

Knowledge about Unix/Linux based platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Python, Angular, Docker/Podman.
