Overview Our Calgary-based client is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support a growing and evolving technology environment across multiple business entities.

Following recent acquisitions, the organization is investing heavily in infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, server migrations, endpoint standardization, and technology integration initiatives.

This role will play a key part in bringing newly acquired businesses onto corporate technology standards while supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic project work, systems administration, endpoint management, and occasional hands-on technical support when required.

Responsibilities Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the corporate IT environment.

Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Online.





Manage Microsoft Intune, including device management, endpoint security, software deployment, and policy administration.

Participate in server migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.

Administer and support Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.

Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, refreshes, onboarding, and decommissioning.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, networking, server, cloud, and systems-related issues.

Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure adherence to established technology standards.

Assist with onsite technology deployments, hardware installations, office infrastructure projects, and occasional deskside support.

Collaborate with internal IT teams across multiple locations to maintain consistent support practices and operational standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.

Participate in ongoing infrastructure improvement initiatives and project delivery activities.
