Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an ERP system implementation (Maximo) including process modeling and operational change management strategies/tactic future state processes Calgary-based office - Hybrid work model (3 days in-office and 2 days WFH) Must Haves 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with process modeling across complex multidisciplinary technology projects Experience with ERP implementations (Maximo Application Suite, Oracle Field Service and Utility & Pipeline Data Model) with operational change management strategies/tactics Experience with BRD development , RTM management , JIRA , and Confluence Process modeling experience using BPMN 2.0 Nice to Have Experience in the natural gas utility, infrastructure,



or energy sectors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to geo-spatial and asset management systems and integration Change management or transformation models CBAP certification Responsibilities Act as the liaison between business and technical teams for operational enhancement initiatives Conduct root cause analyses and map current and future state processes Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and walkthroughs with SMEs, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders Lead elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements Develop and maintain BRDs and RTMs throughout the delivery lifecycle Collaborate with technical teams to validate business expectations and support UAT Contribute to Business Analysis governance standards, peer reviews, and continuous improvement practices
