Become the primary storage interface during Canada hours as the Storage Patching Tower Lead. Oversee the firmware patch lifecycle across major platforms including IBM and Dell EMC.

In this onshore role, you will coordinate with client L2/L3 and vendor teams, ensuring compliance and effective patching strategies across an extensive 811 PB estate. Your responsibilities will include leading non-disruptive upgrades and validating health checks for various storage systems. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage offshore SMEs while directing operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute firmware and OS patching across multiple platforms
• Validate multipathing and failover health before each upgrade




• Coordinate SAN/NAS firmware cycles with client teams
• Maintain lifecycle tracking and update compliance records
• Perform RCA and manage rollback procedures as needed

Requirements:
• Expertise with IBM, Dell EMC, NetApp, and HPE storage arrays
• Experience in coordinating with client and vendor teams
• Robust understanding of NDU and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of complex SAN/NAS environments
• Ability to manage technical escalations in SLTs
