Key Responsibilities:
• Execute merchandising and sales strategies with Store Leaders
• Train and develop Production Managers and team members
• Monitor financial performance and inventory management
• Ensure food safety compliance and equipment upkeep
• Address customer feedback while enhancing product knowledge

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• Strong analytical skills for operational optimization
• Adaptability in quick-paced retail settings
