This position involves close interaction with the Community Development Team to oversee diverse construction projects. Your key responsibilities include conducting quality assurance inspections, preparing construction reports, and maintaining photographic documentation. You're vital as the point of contact for the Contractor and Client while leading progress review meetings and tracking change orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site quality assurance for land development projects
• Prepare detailed construction and inspection reports




• Maintain daily photographic records of site activities
• Conduct progress payment reviews and site meetings
• Train and mentor junior staff on company standards

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of municipal infrastructure inspection experience
• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Technology
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
• Strong communication and organizational skills
