As a Software Developer at MaKami, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of internal software solutions that support our students, faculty, and staff. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for building impactful software and who thrive in collaborative environments.



We welcome applicants with 2-5 years of experience and a background in computing or technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance features in existing software applications

Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions

Conduct testing and validation of code changes

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Gain a deep understanding of MaKami's organizational structure and operational needs

Requirements
Technical Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

2-5 years of professional software development experience

Strong programming foundation

Proficiency in web development

Experience with the following technologies:

React

C#

MySQL

.NET MAUI

Git & GitHub

Entity Framework

HTML & CSS

Solid understanding of software development principles

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
