Who You Are:

Ground Effects is currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordiantor to join our Purchasing team in Windsor, Ontario.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing product ordering activities and maintaining inventory levels to ensure material availability aligns with OEM forecasted demand and production schedules. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of cost-effective, high-quality materials that support operational objectives.

The Supply Chain

Coordinator will monitor inventory performance, coordinate replenishment activities, and help drive efficient supply chain processes to support overall business and production requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Manage product ordering, supplier releases, and material movements to ensure uninterrupted support of production schedules and OEM customer requirements.
- Plan and coordinate material requirements with direct and sub-suppliers based on customer demand, forecasts, and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and receipt records within the ERP system and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to support efficient supply chain operations.
- Track material receipts, transfers, and inventory transactions between suppliers and internal facilities.




- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are achieved.
- Identify and escalate material shortages, delivery concerns, and supplier performance issues to minimize operational risk.
- Prepare and maintain supply chain metrics, reports, and supplier scorecards to support planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with applicable customer, company, and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in supply chain planning, materials management, procurement, or a related field, preferably within an automotive manufacturing setting.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
- Professional certifications such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP are considered an asset.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Experience using ERP systems for material planning and procurement activities; Epicor experience is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,



particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and automotive industry requirements is considered an asset.
- Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and the ability to maintain legal entry into the United States.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package for this critical role, including;
