Senior Vice President, Correspondent Services How does the role impact the organization? Toronto, ON or Vancouver BC Raymond James Ltd. is seeking an accomplished and strategic executive to lead Raymond James Correspondent Services (RJCS) , one of Canada's leading correspondent clearing and custody platforms.
As Senior Vice President, Correspondent Services , you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, financial performance, regulatory oversight, client experience, and strategic direction of the business. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a high-performing team while advancing the firm's position as a trusted provider of clearing, custody, and operational solutions for introducing brokers, portfolio managers, and institutional clients.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of RJCS.
- Drive business development opportunities across introducing broker, portfolio manager, and select institutional channels.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements.
- Oversee operational excellence, service delivery, and innovation.
- Sponsor and support strategic initiatives, including technology modernization and business transformation programs.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
- Represent RJCS within Raymond James and across the Canadian wealth management industry.

What you bring:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in wealth management, custody, correspondent clearing, capital markets, or related financial services sectors.
- Proven executive leadership experience with accountability for business growth, financial performance, and organizational leadership.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian investment dealer and wealth management landscape.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and operating within highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic growth, change, and transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced professional designations are an asset.

Salary Range: $200,000 - 250,000 annually, complimented by rewarding short and long tem incentive programs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
