JOB SUMMARY As a Production Line Worker, you will work as part of a team on the production line, packaging and handling meat products while following established production, food safety, and health and safety standards. ABOUT THE POSITION Work on a production line, packaging meat products as directed by Lead Hand Perform assigned duties and advise Lead Hand of any production or quality issues as they arise Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and all other food safety practices as established by Erie Meat Products to ensure safe, quality products are manufactured Able to follow regular daily routines.

Also able to work without direct supervision when tasks have been thoroughly defined Follow Health and Safety Guidelines as established by Erie Meat Products to maintain a safe work environment Maintain hygiene levels of self and attire as appropriate for food handling purposes Packing, sorting, or placing of raw, cooked or frozen products May have to work with beef, pork,



and/or poultry REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS CSA approved Steel-Toed Safety Footwear is mandatory Reliability and good communication skills Must be able to work in a cool environment Attention to detail Positive attitude COMPENSATION Location: Listowel, ON Employment Type: Full time Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM or 4:00PM-12:30AM Hourly wage: $17.60/hour + $1.00/hour Attendance Bonus KEY SKILLS / WORKING CONDITIONS Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, repetitive production environment.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow direction.

Comfortable working in a refrigerated food-processing environment.
