Job description: Location: Mississauga, ON | Reporting to: Director of Applications The Mission Direct the full lifecycle of large-scale ERP transformationsfrom vendor selection and RFP through to post-go-live stability.

You will be the primary architect of business process transformation, bridging the gap between legacy workflows and up-to-date SaaS/Cloud environments (Infor LN, Dynamics 365, or IFS).

Core Performance Pillars 1.

Strategic Project/Program Leadership End-to-End Governance: Own the multi-year ERP roadmap, managing scope, multi-million dollar budgets (Burn-down/Earned Value), and resource optimization across Waterfall and Agile workstreams.

Vendor & SI Management: Lead the RFP process and serve as the primary point of contact for external system integrators and software providers.

Stakeholder Influence: Challenge the status quo with executive-level reporting, aligning cross-functional SMEs with overarching organizational goals. 2.

Technical & Functional Mastery Ecosystem Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Infor LN, IFS, or D365 across Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and WMS.

Cloud Integration: Navigate complex SaaS integrations and data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and security through rigorous cut-over planning. BI & Analytics:



Leverage ERP data to drive corporate performance management and actionable business intelligence. 3.

Change & Process Architecture Business Transformation: Re-engineer end-to-end organizational processes to maximize ERP ROI.

Organizational Readiness: Execute high-impact change management plans (CCMP/CM2), including communication strategies and training programs that minimize operational friction.

Qualifications & Stack Experience: 10+ years in IT/Program Management; 5+ years specifically managing complex ERP implementations (General Contracting or Manufacturing background preferred).

Education: University Degree in IT/Business; PMP, Prince2, or CCMP certifications are highly valued.

Methodology: Expert in SDLC, WBS development, Risk Mitigation (Confluence/Jira), and Cut-over orchestration.

Tech Stack: Jira, Planview PPM Pro, MS Project, Share

Point, and Advanced Excel.

Key Deliverables Project Controls: Weekly status transparency via Confluence/Jira; maintaining live Risk Registers and Decision Logs.

Quality Assurance: Oversight of all testing phases (UAT/SIT) and formal handover to operational teams.

Post-Mortem: Capturing lessons learned and institutionalizing best practices for continuous improvement.
