THE ROLE: Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Information Technology to lead the organization''s technology vision, operations, and transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the CFO, this senior leadership role will oversee IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, and service delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports business objectives and long-term growth Lead and mentor the IT leadership team while building a high-performing, service-focused culture Strengthen IT governance, policies, standards, and operational processes across the organization Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, cybersecurity programs, and digital transformation projects Partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance Establish clear service delivery standards, accountability measures, and performance metrics for the IT function Oversee technology roadmaps, project portfolios, budgets,
