RPA Blue Prism Developer (Upgrade) Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 Days/Week Employment: Full Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer to support Blue Prism application development, upgrades, troubleshooting, and production operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Blue Prism components, virtual machines, Active Directory, release management, and change-controlled environments.

Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, maintain, and support automation solutions using Blue Prism Configure and work with Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, and Exception Handling Support Blue Prism upgrades and test automation processes on new virtual machines Set up and validate Virtual Machines and associated automation environments Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Blue Prism application and process issues Identify root causes and implement appropriate fixes and process enhancements Support release management, change control, deployments, and production activities Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and dependent technology teams Coordinate project and support activities with onshore and offshore teams Maintain support knowledge bases,



technical documentation, and process documentation Prioritize workload and provide support to team members as required Operate effectively in a highly regulated and change-controlled environment Required Skills 6+ years of total IT development experience 4+ years of Blue Prism development experience 2 4+ years of experience working on Blue Prism development projects Strong hands-on knowledge of Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, and Exception Handling Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Blue Prism environments Knowledge of release management, change control, and deployment processes Solid analytical and critical-thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills Experience supporting Blue Prism upgrades and migrations Experience in regulated enterprise environments Strong documentation and knowledge-management skills Ability to work effectively with distributed onshore/offshore teams
