Qualifications A Ph.D. in Psychology is required.
Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment skills in child and adolescent mental health, with experience in forensic and secure treatment settings considered a strong asset.
Demonstrated proficiency in psychological testing, report writing, diagnosis, and risk assessment.
Training and/or experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise feedback to clients, families, and colleagues.
Demonstrated clinical experience, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Flexibility and responsiveness in delivering services within a dynamic treatment environment.
