Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (12 months, 10+ years) to deliver Front Office transformation initiatives using Aladdin platform workflows and investment process modernization Join a multi-year Investment Platform transformation program focused on modernizing technology and data capabilities across investment, operations, and finance teams.

This role supports Front Office transformation initiatives for Global Equity teams through workflow redesign, requirements definition, solution integration, and reporting support within the Aladdin platform.

The position offers direct collaboration with portfolio managers, analysts, and technology teams to support front-office investment workflows across equities and capital markets asset classes.

Must Haves 10+ years in Business Analysis , requirements documentation , and Front Office investment workflows Aladdin , IBOR applications , CRD , or Bloomberg platforms implementation and configuration within investment transformation projects Portfolio management , trading workflows , equities , fixed income , ETDs , OTCs , and FX domain expertise Equity investment workflow support including portfolio construction , rebalancing , performance review , and pre-/post-trade analytics University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science,



Engineering, or related field Nice to Have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification Experience supporting fundamental and/or quantitative equity investment teams Exposure to factor and sector exposures, benchmarks, and alpha signals used by equity portfolio managers Responsibilities Partner with investment team SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Front Office workflows within the Aladdin platform Translate portfolio management and trading requirements into workflow designs, reporting capabilities, and implementable platform requirements Facilitate analysis and design workshops to map current and future state Front Office business processes Lead workflow redesign initiatives supporting equity and credit investment processes and system integration activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track business requirements, project status, risks, and workflow integration considerations Collaborate with Testing and Reporting workstreams to support use cases, test plans, and reporting specifications Support change management activities and coordinate testing and rollout activities with portfolio managers and traders
