Business Systems Analyst / Product & Pricing Consultant Senior / Lead Location: Toronto, Canada Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 5+ for Seniors, 8+ for Lead Domain: Banking / Financial Services Role Overview We are looking for a Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Product & Pricing Consultant to work directly with customers and implementation teams to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong banking and financial-services experience, particularly in banking products, pricing, rates, fees, billing, offers, lending, deposits, cards, eligibility, and relationship pricing.

The Lead will additionally facilitate customer workshops, provide functional leadership, mentor junior consultants, and drive successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders.

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Conduct fit-gap analysis against product capabilities.

Recommend scalable functional solutions aligned with business requirements.

Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.

Configure and validate solutions based on approved functional designs.

Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Technical Consultants, and implementation teams.

Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional clarification.

Plan and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Conduct solution demonstrations and customer training.

Support knowledge-transfer activities.





Identify and manage functional risks and dependencies.

Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative guidance.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Solution Consulting.

Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services.

Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including: Deposits Lending Cards Rates Fees Offers Relationship pricing Billing Eligibility Experience leading customer workshops.

Strong requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis experience.

Experience creating: Business requirements Functional specifications User stories Process flows Test scenarios Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong customer-facing and consultative mindset.

Nice to Have Enterprise SaaS implementation experience.

Knowledge of cloud concepts.

Agile methodology experience. REST API and enterprise integration knowledge.

Data mapping experience.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Experience implementing banking or financial-services platforms.
