Key Responsibilities:



• Plan meal utilization in line with established menus • Prepare a diverse range of food items and portions • Maintain cleanliness according to health standards and NHC • Supervise kitchen helpers and volunteers during service • Manage food inventory to minimize waste

Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience in a professional setting • Valid Food Safe Certification and clear background checks • High School diploma or equivalent education • Knowledge of food safety and inventory management • Strong communication and organizational skills
