The Account Director will work to grow and maximize the revenue potential derived from the sale of multi media advertising vehicles within the Cineplex environment, including **cinema**, **online mobile and data, as well as the digital signage** networks, including The Rec Room, Playdium, shopping malls, and other assets current and evolving.**This role will be based in and responsible for local and agency sales within the Kitchener/Waterloo/London market and surrounding area. This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to our Toronto office when required.****Responsibilities:*** Proactively contact key decision makers in the Ontario market through outbound calls, emails, in person meetings, social networks, etc. to extend existing client base* Build, maintain and grow a robust prospect database* Develop relationships with current, lapsed and new clients* Adopt thoughtful and resourceful strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.Participate in weekly meetings and provide weekly call planning, and reporting, as required* Ensure that all prospective clients, their programs, products,



and advertising media reflect and support the image and values of the Cineplex brand* Understand and communicate advertising products inside and out – have a clear and persuasive 30 sec elevator pitch on each product, and the overall integrated platforms* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our theatre, mall, and recreational networks, as well as our digital, data, and new products* Work closely with our media solutions and production teams to manage the sales process from request for proposal to final sign off, implementation, and post reporting**Requirements:*** Post Secondary education ideally in Sales, Marketing, or related field* 5+ years of experience in media sales with a focus on new business development, client management and territory growth* Experience with local Ontario clients and agencies* Video, OOH, Cinema and Digital sales experience is preferred* Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, as this role will involve regular travel within Ontario* Strong communication (both written and spoken), negotiating skills,
