Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and support services. This role is responsible for managing a team, overseeing IT systems, driving projects, and maintaining a secure, reliable technology environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, deep Microsoft 365 E5 expertise, and a willingness to contribute directly to day‑to‑day operations when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a high‑performance cultureConduct regular employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coachingManage workloads, priorities, and resource allocation across the teamIT Operations & SupportOversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely and effective user supportParticipate in hands‑on technical work when required, especially during critical deadlinesMaintain and improve IT documentation standards and processesManage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, tracking, and disposalProject & Vendor ManagementLead and deliver IT projects from planning through executionEstablish and manage relationships with external vendors and service providersEvaluate vendor performance, contracts, and service levelsSecurity & InfrastructureEnsure implementation and ongoing management of security best practicesOversee systems related to MFA, endpoint security, and identity managementContribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategiesMaintain awareness and oversight of network infrastructure and security camera systemsOversee administration and maintenance of Windows Servers, VMware,
