This part time, permanent role offers the chance to shape the in-store fulfillment process. You'll report to the Senior Customer Experience Manager and work closely with warehouse and retail teams. Key duties include order processing, inventory management, and data entry to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize fulfillment processes with other leads
• Process and ship orders within 24-48 hours
• Perform daily data-entry and reporting tasks
• Collaborate to receive and organize new stock
• Track results for improved eCommerce fulfillment
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Team-oriented and open to seeking guidance
• Experience with Slack and Shopify is a bonus
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred
