Your day‑to‑day will include supervising your crew, coordinating with clients, ensuring top‑quality drywall finishing and painting, and maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship and care.This role blends hands‑on work with leadership responsibilities — from prepping, painting, managing your crew to final walkthroughs.
