The Job We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Production Labourers to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background who are comfortable working with hand and power tools in a metal shop environment.

Production Labourers will assist with a variety of tasks involved in assembling and producing large industrial valves, working both in the warehouse and throughout the production process.

Responsibilities may include working in the warehouse to prepare materials for production, assisting with assembly, and using various hand and power tools to measure, cut, grind, and drill metal components.

Workers may also be responsible for building crates and completing other tasks required throughout the production process.

Assembly duties may involve using a variety of hand tools to attach large valve components using large nuts and bolts.

Depending on the area of production, employees may also assist with more detailed assembly work, including circuit board assembly and testing,



as well as electrical component assembly and installation.

Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and previous experience using hand tools such as wrenches, saws, tape measures, and similar equipment.

Experience working with power tools and in a metal shop or production environment would be considered an asset.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a hands-on environment, following safety procedures, and paying close attention to their surroundings.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use proper lifting techniques when handling materials. CSA-approved steel-toed boots are required, and candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
