Hello! We are a family based in Fall River, Nova Scotia, looking for a caring and reliable nanny to join our household.
Our primary school-aged children (aged 8 and 5) are energetic and a joy to be around, and we are seeking someone who can engage with them in a nurturing and supportive manner.
We are seeking a warm, patient, and proactive nanny to support our 5-year old daughter, and our energetic and curious 8-year-old son with ADHD.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys using positive behaviour strategies, structure, and creativity to help a child thriveparticularly those considering future studies or careers in psychology, education, child development, or related fields.
Our children respond best to explicit expectations, calm guidance, and relationship-based support, and we value a caregiver who sees behaviour as communication and enjoys helping build skills like self-regulation, flexibility, and confidence.
This position offers meaningful,
hands-on experience in applying evidence-based behaviour supports in a supportive family environment.
This is a part-time position (2 hours/day, M-F), perfectly suited for a caring individual who can manage live-out arrangements.
We need someone who is available to work with us during the weekdays to help with our children''s after-school routines and activities (2pm-4pm).
We are offering a competitive wage of $20 per hour, and we believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for both our children and our nanny.
If you have experience with primary school children and are interested in becoming part of our family, we would love to hear from you.
