Adecco is currently hiring a full time detail-oriented and experienced Aerospace Quality Control Inspector for our client in the aerospace industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional who is passionate about ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

As an Aerospace Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards. *As this role is subject to the Canadian Government''s Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to verify product conformity.

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools to assess dimensions and tolerances.

Identify quality concerns, defects, or non-conformances and complete appropriate documentation and rejection reports.

Maintain accurate inspection, compliance, and repair records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and aerospace industry standards.





Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical training in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or maintenance environment.

Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations, AS9100 standards, or other aerospace quality systems is considered an asset.

Ability to perform light material handling, including occasional lifting of 10-15 lbs.

Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Clearance Required Due to the nature of this position, applicants must be eligible to meet the requirements of Canada''s Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

Eligible candidates must typically be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
