Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate for our client''s distribution centre.

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment.

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour Location: Edmonton, ON Job type: Temporary | Full-time Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Operate a reach truck and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

Follow warehouse procedures and work instructions to maintain inventory and location accuracy.

Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead.

Complete warehouse documentation, including pick sheets, manifests, shipping records, and unload lists.

Load and unload products manually and with material handling equipment.

Perform order checking, labeling, staging, and inventory movement activities.

Use RF scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Support compliance with ISO, GMP, GxP, and other regulatory requirements as applicable.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.





Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively with team members and provide support to less experienced employees when needed.

Follow all health, safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.

Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.

Valid forklift certification is required.

Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Ability to work safely in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
