NDL Construction Ltd. (NDL) is seeking a Talent & Workforce Development Coordinator to help attract and retain the people who drive our success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and helping employees grow throughout their careers. Working closely with leadership, employees, candidates, trade schools, and community partners, you will coordinate NDL’s recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for projects, and employee career development as well as support the office administration team with events, travel, marketing and special projects.

This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and likes taking the proverbial ball and running with it.

What You Bring

· At least five years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

· The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· The ability to work independently and balance competing priorities.





· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience working in construction, trades, industrial, transportation, or other operational environments would be considered an asset.
