Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items
- Manage cashier responsibilities with accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed to maintain food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation guidelines




- Assist in food presentation and serving to enhance the guest experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols is advantageous
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and upselling menu items effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper kitchen procedures is beneficial
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
